1).DATA:-
Information science define data is unprocessed information.
ITt also be defined as facts represented in a readable language,
on a durablemedia.
2).INFORMATION:-
The word "information" was used for the best time in 1958 in place of document.
information is a message recieved and understood. Information is something that can be recorded.

3).KNOWLEDGE:-
a). Information that has been comprahenced and evaluated in the light of
experience and incorporated into the knower's intellectual understanding
of it's subject..
b).Knowledge is defined by the OED expertise and skills acquired by a person
through experience or education.
4).WISDOM:-
Wisdom is the ability to optimally(effectivley and efficiently) apply perceptions
and knowledge and so produce the desired result.
5).RETRIEVAL:-
a) To find and select specific information in the record or a file storage.
6).SYSTEM:-
Any group or objects which are related or interacting so as to form a unit.
IS a set of interacting or interdependent entities or inputs,rel or abstract
forming an integrated whole or out put.
7).INDEX:-
a).A number which is used to select a particular item from an array of items in
memory.
b).Index is a guide to the contents of a file / document.
8).INDEXING:-
The process of compiling one or more indexes for a singel publication such as
monograph, multivolumes etc.
9).VOCABULARY:-
All the words used in a language also all the words & phrase used by a
particular person,group or proffession.
10).VOCABULARY CONTROL:-
In indexing the process of creating and maintaining a list of preffered terms.
11).THESAURUS:-
Literally a store house or treasury of knowledge.
12).CITATION:-
Refers to a note of reference to a work from which a passage has been quoted
or to some source as authority for a statement or proposition.
Information about a book or article that is used to identify or locate the book
or article.
13).QUERY:-
a).Refer to a particular request for information.
b)It is a form of questioning in a line of inquiry.
14).TRUNCATION:-
Shortening of search word, field or record.
15).BOOLEAN LOGIC:-
Phrase used to describe the connecting of terms that enable the user to do a
more specific search in database terms and or not.
16).KEYWORD:-
A significant word or phrase in the title,subject heading,content note,abstract
or text of a record in an online catalogue or bibilographic database.
17).SYNONYM:-
A word or phrase that has the same meaning as other term in the
same language. for example the terms "book jocket" and "dust jocket".
18).ANTONYM:-
a).A word having the opposite meaning of anopther. the opposite of
synonym.
b).A word or phrase which is the opposite in meaning of another term.
19).RECALL:-
A notice which has been sent to a reader for requesting the return of book.
20).PRECISSION:-
It reffers to measures that are commonly used to evaluate the performance of
literature search especiaaly a search conducted in same type of information
retrival system.

1. Check the format of the references you have given. It should be a standard format. Use either APA or MLA or Chicago citation style.
2. Each entry should have at least one reference. Give citation to entries and not to the references.
3. The sentences should be grammatically correct.
4. Avoid typographical (spelling) errors.
